Below, an example of a PMC original, a 40" X 30" oil on canvas, untitled, done one afternoon when I was a grad student about 15 years ago, while on my second, possibly third, bottle of red wine. I still cherish those days. I would read all the coming semester's books before the semester began so that my time was freed up for painting and writing political columns, which I sold for cash. Some paintings I also sold, including this one. I didn't know this at the time, but the lady who purchased it for a rather handsome price planned on gifting it to my daughter Ellie when she turned 19, which she did this month. Wasn't that lovely of her? (The lady, that is.) Anyway, as of this afternoon it's back in the family's possession, specifically, Ellie's. I'm showing it to you only because I like it, which means I'm showing it to you out of pure egotism. So there.
