Tim Hollis

This Congress isn't going to do anything about these atrocities. There can't be political solutions without an opposition party and there is no opposition party. It's time to take matters into our own hands, as we should have done in 2000. This is an illegally installed regime; something most prefer to forget or to ignore.

you gotta be kidding right...? Pelosi wouldn't put "impeachment on the table" unless Bush and Cheney actually killed one of her grandchildren...I'll bet she would still make "well, I still have other grandchildren" or "they were just having a really bad day and didn't really mean it" spineless c--t..!

Well, like what? Protest? I do. Send emails to elected representatives? I do. Call any and all members of the Senate and Congress when they take actions that are helpful or not, as the case may be? I do.

What does "taking matters into our own hands" mean? How do you take matters into your own hands when they're in plastic handcuffs, behind barbed wire at the RNC?

And destroyed a country. All Bush's bullshit, and all Bush's men won't ever put Iraq together again, not that they want to.

Right Wingman

The Constitution is just a piece of paper--just like Charmin tissue.

J. Bush

"Timid men prefer the calm of despotism to the tempestuous sea of Liberty." -Thomas Jefferson
Pelosi and most of the other Democrats are worse than timid. They are enablers, and that makes them part of the problem.
If they are not going to support and defend our Constitution, then why shoud we support them?

Doug Stamate

You might want to inform your Senator/Representative that the Constitution forbids the President from issuing pardons to people involved in impeachment investigations; ie, no get-out-jail free cards.

The Old Hippy

When the government fails to represent the will of the people, it is the right and duty of the people to change the government.

Since the government has been outsourced to the corporations and the corporations own communications, energy, transportation, medical, insurance, agriculture, courts, both houses of congress and everything else you can think of - how do we throw off our chains?

Think 1776 not 911.

Remember this on election day and elect a very solid Democratic majority and whichever Democratic candidate wins the nomination.

Until then, the Democrats are afraid that they would lose support in the election if they brought impeachment proceedings - like the Republicans did after they impeached Bill Clinton.
