Herman's 0-9-4.5 plan

Reports the Associated Press, via USA Today, via Herman Cain's astonishingly nimble mind, the latter's 9-9-9 thingamajig now "include[s] exemptions from zoning and building codes in areas that need economic boosts and new tax brackets for different income levels," rendering it something akin to this post's title. The last "9" standing, however, remains in some doubt.

Meanwhile, reports The Hill, "The paid New Hampshire staff for Rep. Michele Bachmann's presidential campaign have all quit."
