Vhile reading, one vants to do so aloud with such guttural, definite-article-less punctuation, after vhich subyect and werb are in diagreement.
Vladimir isn't alone, though. President Kennedy, you'll recall, declared "Ich bin ein Berliner," which rendered him a jam-filled donut of sorts, rather than "Ich bin Berliner," which, with classic Teutonic efficiency, dispatches the English article "a."
Both sides are heavily nuclear armed. I find this one of those things that really does call for attention to detail.
