I'm still sort of listening to his "address," but I can't take much more. This is worse than I expected. One of Trump's major foreign policy platforms, for instance, is to recognize our enemies and know them from our friends. And that is damn near a quote.
He just said it again: Obama's "foreign policy is a complete and total disaster." This time, however, he added that his foreign policy would "endure for generations." In that, he finally uttered an unmistakable truism.
There are at least 200 people in the audience, and perhaps a dozen are clapping in response to Trump's crafted applause lines.
