The NY Times:
"Mr. Trump, who has [a] troubled history with women and has bragged about sexual misconduct, has displayed an almost across-the-board disdain for accusations of harassment, assault or just plain sexism lodged against men who also proclaim their innocence, as he does."
And yet what do Democrats do with their presidential frontrunner? They beat the hell out of him for something that occurred nearly 30 years ago.
It is commonly observed that Republicans fall in line, while Democrats fall in love. The former is true. But Dems don't fall in love. They eat their own.
If the left wing of the dem party and the media insist on making Joe Biden the "but her emails" candidate of 2020, then they will have no justification to complain about four more years of Trump.

It's like Walt Kelly said all those years ago: "We have met the enemy and he is us."

If the Dems do eat their own, I will furnish tarter sauce free.

Didn't stop them in 2016 or 2000. They never had any justification.

The Washington Post’s Paul Waldman nails the Biden appeal: "Joe Biden seems to be assembling a coalition combining “People who’d just be more comfortable with an older white guy” and “People who figure other people would just be more comfortable with an older white guy.”"
