House Republicans will appoint five of their colleagues to Speaker Pelosi's select committee on Jan. 6, to be established tomorrow. And Arizona's Rep. Andy Biggs has stepped up to the crazy plate:
"If you’re going to do it, I can’t think of anybody better than somebody like a Marjorie Taylor Greene. She doesn’t have a committee; she could put a lot of time and effort into it."
Time, yes. Lots and lots of time. Her participation, on the other hand, would be effortless. Crazy comes so naturally to her, as it does to Biggs, as it does to most House Republicans — who will be appointing those five members. Which means crazy is likely to dominate the select committee's proceedings.
For everything House Republicans touch becomes some really crazy shit.
