Just a couple of entries this Friday. (I'm too tired to dig up the other thousand.)
In a headline, HuffPost notes that "Tim Scott Is Fundraising By Emailing People That Their Heat Will Be Cut Off." Says the subheadline: "'Emergency Notice,' reads an incredibly misleading December message sent out by the South Carolina Republican's campaign."
A screenshot of the email message, as sent to one S.C. resident:
Once opened ā by the terrified resident ā the email's text then reads: "Biden has crippled our patriotic oil & gas industry and every American is paying the price. Many have been FORCED to turn off the heat in their homes because the prices are simply too high, leaving families without warmth during the winter."
Then, of course, Tim instructs the reader to send him money.
I thought that was unbeatably weird for "This Week In Republicans' BizarroWorld" until I stumbled across this clip of failed Arizona gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake:
Yesterday, Kari Lake joined a prayer circle in an attempt to pray away the "stolen election." pic.twitter.com/1zQK4AKFOl

Top that, Tim.
