The dude doesn't live in reality. His wife has the luxury of being a homemaker because she's married to a millionaire. And traditionally, women have worked outside the home, mostly because they had to. Just like the reality of today. The 1950's was not a normal time. The role of homemaker was post WWII propaganda to keep women in the home so men could have all the jobs. And as far as I'm concerned, that 1950's prosperity was due in large part to the U.S. bombing the stuffings out of Germany and Japan, destroying their manufacturing industries.

And where does he get the idea that Jesus founded the Catholic church? I was raised Catholic and I was never taught that. Speaking of Jesus, is there some passage in the Bible where he tells women to stay home and be totally dependent on men? As far as the Bible goes, it's a big book where Jesus is only featured in a small portion of it.
