A shooting in Utah

Poor Charlie Kirk, a fatality of unmerciful irony.

Speaking at an event in April 2023, he opined, "It’s worth [it] to have a cost of,

ree

unfortunately, some gun deaths every single year so that we can have the Second Amendment."

Unfortunate indeed, especially in memory of Charlie Kirk, whose final turning point was ... worth it?

Some philosophies come at a steep price, though it's paid on a terribly selective basis, Abraham, Martin and John.

Else, entirely random.

After seeing the news about Charlie Kirk, I saw that "Three students, including a suspected shooter, were critically injured in a shooting at a suburban high school in Colorado [today].... A fourth person had also been transported to the hospital."

Their conditions had not been updated as of this writing, but so far each merely critically wounded student appears to be fortunate. Praise Jesus, as Charlie Kirk often did.

Notable is that Charlie Kirk was shot and killed in a red state.

I remain puzzled by the worth of gun deaths so that we can have a Second Amendment. Its authors never anticipated well-regulated militias gunning down local townspeople and their children.

Perhaps I misread the amendment; I know others have.

Poor Charlie Kirk, a fatality of unmerciful irony — and maybe supreme misreadings as well.

I will not mourn this horrible person who advocated subjugation of women and genocide in Gaza.

When I first heard the news, I was angry because I knew the MAGAts would make him a martyr and use the shooting as an excuse to declare war on the left. Nevermind the Democrats who had violence committed on them while these vile people celebrated and made jokes about it. They can fuck all the way off.

Don't forget that those rights are God given. It's right there in the Bible.

It's funny that he said we needed 2A to protect our "god given" rights. If this god is so almighty and all powerful, why do we need guns to protect our rights?
